Ahead of their FA Cup Final against Hull on Saturday, Arsenal might just have tempted fate by apparently preparing their victory parade bus.

A picture of an open top red bus adorned with the club crest and the words “The FA Cup Winners 2014” was uploaded by an eagle-eyed North Londoner on facebook today.

The Gunners served traffic notices detailing their victory parade plans six days in advance of the final and the bus will cart the squad around North London on Sunday should Arsene Wenger’s side claim their first trophy in nine years.

In April, Liverpool were accused of jinxing their Premier League title chances after advertising for stewards to help out during their prospective victory parade. Their title challenge subsequently collapsed and they finished second to Manchester City.

Arsenal, who are strong favourites for the final at Wembley, will be hoping to avoid a similar fate.
