Tom Huddlestone wants another taste of Champions League

11 April 2012

Tottenham midfielder Tom Huddlestone admits the team are facing a challenge on all sides as they prepare to travel to Chelsea in the Barclays Premier League tomorrow.

Spurs have faltered recently in their bid to qualify for the Champions League and currently sit fifth, four points behind Manchester City who occupy the final qualification spot.

Liverpool have also closed to within three points of Harry Redknapp's side, albeit having played a game more.

"We want to be in fourth," Huddlestone said. "We don't want to be hanging on for fifth position. We have to look up and we want to finish where we were last season.

"Once you have had a taste of the Champions League, you want more. Maybe we're getting a bit greedy but we have shown that we can compete with the best in the competition, so to not be in it next year would be very disappointing."
