Tottenham star Harry Kane may be spending his birthday away from his friends and family, but the striker was still made to feel special on his big day on Tuesday.

As Kane took part in an open training session with the rest of his Spurs teammates at the Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Denver, dozens of fans were heard singing Happy Birthday to the 22-year-old.

Some supporters also made the England international, who ended last season as the second-highest scorer in the Premier League, feel special with Happy Birthday posters which Tottenham's official Twitter account noticed and posted online.

Spurs' open training session precedes the club's game against an MLS All-Star team on Thursday morning, in what is an exhibition game featuring the MLS' best players.

Following the match at the Dick's Sporting Goods Park, home to American soccer side Colorado Rapids, Tottenham will fly back to Europe to play Real Madrid in the Audi Cup alongside Bayern Munich and AC Milan.

Mauricio Pochettino's side will kick off proceedings by taking on Rafael Benitez's team in the first semi-final on 4 August, while Pep Guardiola's Bayern team face Milan later the same day.
