Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino says that his side are "not realistic contenders" for any competition this season, unless they improve on their recent poor form.
Spurs kick off their Champions League campaign away to Inter Milan on Tuesday night and will be looking to go deeper into the tournament than they did last year, when they were knocked out by Juventus in the last 16.
However, Pochettino's men arrive in Milan on the back of succesive Premier League defeats, away against Watford and at home to Liverpool, on Saturday.
Spurs have not won a major trophy in over a decade, and the Argentine believes their hunt for silverware will fall well short again this season, unless they can replicate their early season performances, when they won three on the bounce, including at Old Trafford.
"We are not realistic contenders in any single competition, that is my view," the Argentine said. "If we show the same face as against Watford, it's impossible to be a contender. If we show the face (we showed against) Liverpool, it will be so difficult.

"If we show some of what we did against Manchester United [when Spurs won 3-0] then maybe yes. I explained after Old Trafford it was difficult to keep the feet on the grass and believe that the job was done.
"It is important for them to see the reality if they are going to improve. And if we are going to be a contender then we need to improve a lot. A lot. If not we will be a good team, we will win some and lose some, but a contender is different.
