Tottenham XI vs Brighton: Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest for Premier League game today

Tottenham remain without Dejan Kulusevski against Brighton in the Premier League tonight as Antonio Conte switches to a 3-5-2 formation at the Amex Stadium.

Emerson Royal is suspended after his sending off in the north London derby defeat by Arsenal last weekend, so Matt Doherty comes in on the right with Ryan Sessegnon on the left and Ivan Perisic dropping to the bench.

Yves Bissouma starts against his former side on the south coast, and his involvement sees Tottenham change the system, with the Mali international joining Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Rodrigo Bentancur in the middle of the park.

Brazilian forward Richarlison also drops to the bench, with Harry Kane and Heung-min Son the chosen forward pair against a high-flying Brighton outfit.

Tottenham XI: Lloris, Doherty, Romero, Dier, Davies, Sessegnon, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Bissouma, Son, Kane

Subs: Skipp, Sanchez, Richarlison, Gil Salvatierra, Perisic, Forster, Spence, Sarr, Lenglet
