Arsenal's latest recruit Calum Chambers has already undergone his Emirates initiation.

Bidding to impress the squad on day two of his Gunners career, the brave defender belted out a rendition of The Kooks' 2006 hit 'Naive' - and Kieran Gibbs caught it all on camera.

Chambers' new team-mates provided a backing beat for the 19-year-old, who tentatively sang into a water bottle before players started joining in.

But the defender's courageous performance didn't stop supporters laying into him with a jibe or two.

"Duuuuuude..... @chambers1995, hope you're better on the pitch than singing.... :-D :-D Welcome to The Arsenal," said Instagram user William Mochel.

The £12million addition right-back, who made 23 appearances for Southampton last season, can also occupy a central defensive position.

"We are very pleased that Calum has agreed to join us," Wenger said on Monday.

"The way he adapted to the Premier League last season with Southampton at a young age shows that he has tremendous quality."
