Watch Dele Alli and Eric Dier make Tottenham fan's wedding even more special with video message

It is already one of the most special days in any person’s life but Eric Dier and Dele Alli made Glenn Williamson’s wedding day just that little bit more fantastic.

The Tottenham duo, well-known for their various escapades on social media, took time out of England training to record a video at the behest of Williamson’s new wife Lizzie – and they were even briefly joined by a special guest in Joe Hart.

“It was a fantastic day anyway but for Lizzie to have got that little video – it was the highlight of the day for me and my family, we’re all mad Spurs fans,” Williamson told Standard Sport.

“That was the hat-trick ball because she got Glenn Hoddle to send a tweet out for our wedding and bumped into Harry Redknapp on her hen do, she got him to do a video with her.

“I couldn’t believe it, I was in tears of laughter because of those two. They’re so funny together!”

It may have been Williamson’s special day but that didn’t stop Dier getting a cheeky dig in, joking that the groom was “clearly punching above his weight”.

Williamson replied: “I get it all the time! I probably am to be fair, I’m a very lucky guy.”
