Newly-crowned La Liga champion Gerard Pique saw a Twitter post go viral last week when he posted an image of his impressive shirt collection.

The Barcelona man shared the 36 match-worn shirts he has swapped with world famous stars during his glittering career.

Pique has exchanged strips with a list of impressive names including David Beckham, Lionel Messi, Thierry Henry and Andrea Pirlo during matches for current club Barcelona, United and national side Spain.

His collection - which extends beyond the 36 shown in the original snap and includes Ballon d'Or holder Cristiano Ronaldo - can surely be ranked among the most impressive around, but Watford man Troy Deeney has hit back with a framed snap of his best post-match swaps.

Deeney helped fire the Hornets to the Premier League as Championship runners-up this term with 21 league goals and his framed collection shows you don't get to the top flight without playing some of the biggest names.

During a tour of his house with the Watford media team, the 26-year-old directs the camera to a seven-strong collection of tops.

Including legends of the Football League Sean St. Ledger, Anthony Gerrard, Nathaniel Chalobah, Craig Davies, Theo Robinson and Fitz Hall, the frame dominates one wall in Deeney's house and overshadows an image of himself on the opposite the wall.

As Watford return to the Premier League next season, perhaps he'll be able to add Edinson Cavani, Gareth Bale and Pedro to that collection.
