West Ham transfer target Scott Hogan has not been included in Brentford's matchday squad for this afternoon's game against Wigan.
Bees manager Dean Smith was expected to name the 24-year-old in his starting line up but Hogan will play no part at the DW Stadium.
Hogan's omission has fuelled speculation his future is set to be decided, having been the subject of three bids from the Hammers.
West Ham have had offers of £10m, £11.5m and £12.5m for Hogan knocked back, the latest of which was lodged over a week ago.
Brentford are adamant Hogan will not be allowed to leave Griffin Park unless their £15m asking price is met and the forward's absence today suggests and agreement has been found.
Hogan has scored 14 goals in 26 appearances for Brentford this season and is one of the most in-form strikers in the Championship.
Meanwhile, West Ham completed the signing of Southampton captain Jose Fonte on Friday night.
The Euro 2016 winner has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal at the London Stadium but Slaven Bilic is expected to strengthen his squad further before the transfer windows closes.
