Chelsea can clinch a second Premier League title in three years before Tottenham next take to the field if the Blues maintain a winning habit.

Following West Ham's win over Spurs on Friday, the Chelsea remain four points clear at the top and face both Middlesbrough and West Brom before Mauricio Pochettino's men next play.

Victories in both those fixtures will see the Blues pull 10 points clear, while second-placed Tottenham are only able to gather a further nine points if they win each of their remaining three games.

It means Chelsea could be crowned champions of England for the sixth time at the Hawthorns and would likely lift the trophy in their following home match against Watford on Monday, May 15.

After defeat to West Ham, Pochettino conceded: "If you want to be a champion you have to win. How? I don't know. But you have to win.

"We try to move on and finish the season in the best way, still fighting, but now it's true, it's more difficult."

Spurs need Chelsea to pick up a maximum of five points from their remaining four games for any hope in the race for the title.

The Blues, meanwhile, can still complete the double if they seal the Premier League and win the FA Cup Final against Arsenal later this month.
