Fulham line up new Saha

Fulham manager Chris Coleman has checked on French striker Pierre-Alain Frau.

Scouts have made favourable reports on the 23-year-old who plays in France for Sochaux, likening him to recently-departed goalscorer Louis Saha, but a deal is unlikely before the summer.

Meanwhile, Luis Boa Morte has been charged by the Football Association with improper conduct for alleged inappropriate behaviour towards Everton fans in the home side's 2-1 win on 10 January.

During the game a lighter was thrown at the player by supporters in the away section and he handed it back to the referee.

Fulham did not expect Boa Morte to be charged and are likely to defend him.
