Gascoigne vows to return

Paul Gascoigne has vowed to return to Everton fighting fit for next season.

A catalogue of injuries mean the 34-year-old midifielder has not played a first-team match since November.

But he said: "I am going to be fighting for my place, and going to be fighting for this club because they deserve it."
