Henman delighted to be back in the game's elite

Tim Henman has welcomed his return the top 10 in the world tennis rankings but admits it has come as a surprise.

"It's very rewarding to be ranked back in the ATP entry list top 10 again but it feels a bit strange coming on the back of my first-round defeat in Dubai," the British No1 said.

"Perhaps it would have felt a bit sweeter if I had had a successful week but the rankings don't lie and I feel I deserve to be there as a reward for all the hard work I have put in since first injuring my shoulder about 18 months ago."
