Hoggard strikes early

Matthew Hoggard struck a prize blow in England's quest to wrap up a 3-0 npower Test series victory over West Indies this morning.

After a delay of half-an-hour due to early morning drizzle, Yorkshire swing bowler Hoggard removed Windies opener Chris Gayle in the fourth full over.

A fullish delivery enticed a loose drive from the left-hander (52) and wicketkeeper Matt Prior claimed a straightforward catch - making the score 94 for four, a deficit of 19.
