Injured Bell taken to hospital

Ajmal Shahzad removed Bangladesh dangerman Tamim Iqbal on his recall to the England one-day side at Bristol but there were concerns over Ian Bell, who has been taken to hospital for X-rays on his left foot.

England's day started well enough, Shahzad finding Tamim's edge to remove him for 18, but Bell hurt himself attempting an athletic catch at square leg in the 10th over, leaving the ground in an ambulance soon after.

After 15 overs Bangladesh were 74 for two, Stuart Broad adding a second wicket when he snared Junaid Siddique down the leg side.
