Johnson unlikely to return

Leicester captain Martin Johnson thinks it unlikely he will join the Lions tour to New Zealand next summer.

Although Johnson has retired from England duty, coach Clive Woodward wants the big man to make himself available to take on the All Blacks.

But Johnson said: "To be honest, it was a bit of a surprise when I heard my name mentioned. Anything is possible as you never know what could happen at the end of the year, but I really doubt it."
