Koubek's three-month ban

Austrian tennis player Stefan Koubek has been suspended for three months for failing a drugs test after his doctor gave him an injection for a prohibited steroid at the French Open in June.

Koubek has accused his doctor of negligence and will appeal against the ban. "I would miss the Australian Open and the Davis Cup in Australia," he said.
