Langer stars for Australia

Langer: Hanging in
14 April 2012

Australia were 151 for one, with Justin Langer on 79 not out, going into the second and final day of their opening tour match in Harare.

They bowled out Zimbabwe's A team for 151, pace bowler Jason Gillespie finishing with four for 25.

The tour will continue as scheduled despite concerns about Zimbabwe's lack of quality players following the sacking of 15 of the country's leading stars.

Cricket Australia chief executive James Sutherland said: "At this stage, there is nothing to suggest the tour is going to take place in a different form to what was originally scheduled."

The Aussies are due to play a two-Test series, starting in Harare on Saturday, followed by three one-day internationals.
