Ling is given a lift

Martin Ling was pleased to take a point from last night's visit to Bristol Rovers.

Jabo Ibhere's 80th-minute strike earned Orient a 1-1 draw at the Memorial Ground after Paul Tait had given the home side the lead.

Manager Ling said: "That's definitely a point gained. The first-half display wasn't good but we showed more belief later on.

"It was a good finish from Jabo and we looked as if we were going to go on and win the game. We were the better side in the second half but can be frustrating to watch. We have players with good ability but don't always show it."
