McGinn stunned on Ronaldo’s big night

Northern Ireland’s Niall McGinn finds it hard to believe he spoiled Cristiano Ronaldo’s party.

McGinn’s first international goal earned a 1-1 draw in Portugal on the night the Real Madrid forward won his 100th cap.

“Coming from a small village in County Tyrone and to play against Ronaldo, who I admire, is something else.” he said. “To score against him is something else too.”
