Mila talks up Poland

14 April 2012

Poland striker Sebastian Mila says they are confident of pipping England to top spot in Group Six after a late winner beat Northern Ireland 1-0 last night.

Mila said: "I strongly believe we will be the ones going to the Finals."

Poland's goal from Maciej Zurawski came with only three minutes remaining.

Wales, who lost 1-0 to Austria after goalkeeper Danny Coyne let Rene Aufhauser's weak shot slip through his legs, have only two points and cannot qualify for the finals.

New boss John Toshack said: "England keeper David James did something very similar in this same stadium and it cost him his position. We are not as harsh as that."
