Now Watts homes in on Wycombe

13 April 2012

Leyton Orient striker Steve Watts insists his side will be taking their LDV Vans Trophy match at home to Wycombe tonight seriously, despite their agonising last-minute defeat against Totenham in the FA Cup on Saturday.

That Cup loss was Orient's only defeat at home this season and Watts believes it is imperative his side continue to stay unbeaten at Brisbane Road if they are to mount a serious challenge for promotion at the end of the season.

Watts said: "We have had a great record at home this season and it is very important that we don't get beaten again, following the defeat against Tottenham.

"Another victory over Wycombe, albeit in the LDV Vans Trophy, will give us a lot of confidence going into the next few League matches where we face some really big games."

Leading marksman Carl Griffiths is again ruled out with a calf strain.
