Leyton Orient reached the regional quarter-finals of the LDV Vans Trophy for the first time in 10 years with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Cambridge United at the Abbey Stadium last night.

Jabo Ibehre made it two goals in three games when he gave Martin Ling's side the lead six minutes into the second half with a right-footed strike.

And Wayne Carlisle turned home substitute Stuart Wardley's cross on 74 minutes to put the match beyond the home side's reach.
