PICTURE SPECIAL: Bored Berbatov - Spurs striker sulks on the sidelines

13 April 2012

Despite 5-1 thumping of Norwich, moody Dimitar Berbatov cut a brooding figure on the sidelines at Carrow Road.

Named as a substitute by boss Juande Ramos for the friendly, the grumpy Bulgarian did not so much change out of his tracksuit.

After the departure of strike partner Robbie Keane, speculation is mounting that the 27-year-old striker is set to complete his long-anticipated move to Manchester United.

Indeed, brooding Berbatov gave the impression he would rather be elsewhere...

Glum: Berbatov glares from the bench

Disenchanted: Berbatov looks as though he'd rather be elsewhere

Icy glare: A pen-toting punter asks the Bulgarian for his autograph

Wild-eyed: Berba duly obliges

The ice man cracks: Reserve team coach Clive Allen (right) quips a gag.
