Pregnant Pavey putting Marathon plan on hold

Commonwealth 5,000metres silver medallist Jo Pavey has scrapped plans to make her marathon debut in London next month after becoming pregnant.

The 35-year-old is expecting her first child in September but will resume her international career after that.

She said: "I'll continue running as long as I can but obviously races are out of the question until after the baby is born."
