Trial: Danny Cipriani is reportedly considering a change of career

Danny Cipriani may be about to turn his back on rugby, according to reports this morning.

The former London Wasps fly-half has had a trial for Major League Soccer team the Colorado Rapids and is considering a change of career. The news will come as a worry to Melbourne Rebels head coach Rod Macqueen.

The 22-year-old is due to start training in Australia in three weeks time but the Times today pictured him playing with a round, rather than an oval ball while on a break in Denver.
