Sidebottom stars for England

Recalled Ryan Sidebottom made a dream England return as he picked up four wickets for 42 as West Indies were dismissed for just 146.
With skipper Ramnaresh Sarwan unable to bat because of a shoulder injury, England took full advantage with Liam Plunkett taking three for 35 and Steve Harmison a confidence-boosting two for 55.
England enforced the follow-on after earlier declaring on 570-7, Kevin Pietersen hitting a superb 226.
