Team GB collected two more gold medals on day 14 of the Rio Olympics, but it was Taekwondo star Lutalo Muhammad who stole the hearts of the British nation.

The 25-year-old Londoner was defeated in the final seconds of his men's Taekwondo -80kg Gold Medal clash to collect silver.

Before that, there was success for the women as the 4x100m relay team set a British record to pick up bronze, after the hockey team beat the Netherlands to claim gold (below).

58-year-old Nick Skelton won gold in the individual show jumping earlier in the day, as Team GB strengthened their grip on second spot in the leader board.
