Spurs boss Ramos is up for De Kuip

Looking forward: Juande Ramos is already planning for next season

Tottenham manager Juande Ramos' preparations for next season are already taking shape after Spurs agreed to take part in a mini-tournament in August to celebrate Feyenoord's centenary.

Celtic and Borussia Dortmund will also feature in the competition at De Kuip Stadium in Rotterdam, which will take place between 1-3 August.

Feyenoord invited Spurs and Celtic as they were the teams they beat to win the UEFA Cup and European Cup in 1974 and 1970 respectively.

The competition will be a welcome warm-up ahead of Ramos' first full season in charge and he is determined the squad play some tough games so they will be ready to challenge for a top six place from the start.
