Sri Lankans see off India

Opener Tillakaratne Dilshan inspired Sri Lanka to their first victory in the CB Series as they beat India by eight wickets in a rain-affected match.

After a delayed start the match was reduced to 29 overs, with India making 195 for five thanks to 70 not out from Rohit Sharma and 35 from Gautam Gambhir.

Further rain saw Sri Lanka set 154 to win in 21 overs but they cruised home, with Dilshan hitting 62 not out.
