Still frustrated by Barnet displays

13 April 2012

Barnet director of football John Still admits he is frustrated at his side's failure to get the wins they need to stay in the Football League.

Barnet are third from bottom, just one point ahead of bottom-club Halifax, who have two games in hand.

His club have failed to win in their last six games, but Still is determined his side will avoid dropping back into the Conference only 10 years after they left it.

He said: "I've always been a positive person. We will not allow relegation to happen.

"Frustration is the word I'm using at the moment. The team are doing all the right things on the pitch, but for some reason it is just not falling for us. We will just have to work harder.

"This is a difficult time. I'm in an awkward position as I'm just standing in until the end of the season, but make no mistake, this is my club and whatever it takes I will find a way that will ensure we will stay in this League."

Still is able to name an unchanged squad for the match at home to Rochdale tomorrow.
