TV boss takes charge of international board

Mike Miller, formerly controller of BBC Television sport and commissioning editor of the Big Breakfast, is the new chief executive of world rugby's governing body, the International Board.

Miller, 46, will work alongside chairman Vernon Pugh and a number of other new appointments. One of these, former Wallaby Michael Lynagh, is to undertake a new role for 'global development'.

England, meanwhile, are to play three matches in Argentina during a 10-day visit ending with a Test against the Pumas on June 22.
