We have plenty in reserve, says Simic

Dario Simic has warned Poland not to expect an easy ride tonight, even though Croatia coach Slaven Bilic is set to change his side for the game in Klagenfurt.

Poland need to beat the Group B winners to have any chance of going through and they hope Bilic's side will already have one eye on Friday's quarter-final against Turkey.

But Croatia defender Simic, who hopes to get his first game of the finals, said: "We players who have played less here will get an opportunity against Poland. We want to show our quality to the coach, play a good match and make our contribution to the success of the national team.

"This will be a real match, although we have nothing to lose in terms of the outcome. All the players are top-notch and we are all highly motivated."

Poland boss Leo Beenhakker said: "We have a lot of confidence that we can have a positive result tonight and at the same time we have the small hope it will be enough to stay in the tournament via the back door."
