Williams takes on Terrible Tim

British heavyweight champion Danny Williams will fight the veteran American "Terrible" Tim Witherspoon on the undercard of Mike Tyson's clash with Brian Nielsen in Copenhagen on 8 September.

Williams, who successfully defended his British crown against Julius Francis at Wembley last month, will meet Witherspoon for the vacant WBU title.

Witherspoon, 44 in December, has held both the WBC and WBA titles.
