Ferguson's hunger feeds United
John O'Shea today hailed manager Sir Alex Ferguson for instilling his insatiable hunger for trophies throughout the first team squad.
Ferguson celebrated his 21st anniversary as manager at Old Trafford yesterday and is hoping to mark the landmark with a victory over Dynamo Kiev that will sweep the Red Devils into the Champions League knock-out phase with two matches to spare.

And with the Scot raising the possibility of reaching the 25-year milestone, O'Shea has nothing but admiration for his boss's commitment to United's cause.
"It is amazing for someone to be able sustain such a hunger and desire to be the best for so long," said the Republic of Ireland international, who has spent eight years in the United first-team squad.
"The manager tries to put that into every player and every squad during every year and in every team he has built.
"You know he is always going to be driving you on. That aspect of his management has always stayed the same. If anything, from what I have witnessed, it has got stronger and stronger."
Ferguson is expected to draft Michael Carrick and Nani back into his starting line-up from the side that drew at Arsenal on Saturday.
